School Building Project

Just before Christmas we heard that the resource consent hearing for our major building project was successful. We are expecting that the building site will be fenced off during the first week of March, with demolition of the convent and excavation of the site starting soon after. During the next few weeks you may see building personnel on site preparing the planning for this to occur. During the excavation there will be archeologists present in case there may be bones or artifacts uncovered. Please pray that this all goes smoothly and that our much anticipated new library, administration block and classroom can get underway in good time! Once we see action, I will put regular updates on this blog so we have a pictorial and written record of the progess.
