Extra Curricula activities

At St Leo's our goal is to nurture the whole child - and that includes their cultural side.

We offer or facilitate a wide range of cultural activities.  Some are provided by external providers who come into the school (at an additional cost) and others by our own teachers or parents.

CHESS CLUB

Chess power is an exiting and fun company which comes into the school once a week and offers chess coaching.  Chess Power offer two classes at St Leo's - one for the junior school and one for the senior school. Children can enrol for lessons for the term.

Classes are usually over the lunchtime period. Students learn chess moves and strategies each week.  Chess has proved extremely popular at St Leo's - at one stage over 50% of the school has been enrolled!
